Ok I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for. I have a 1992 ram Van B250 3.9 and the a/c pannel lights are out, along with the Temp and fuel lights .I tried to pull them out, but all I see is a black dial of some sorts in the back, and it wont turn or pull off. Help......

 

They turn 1/4 turn counterclockwise. It is very difficult to turn them unless you use a small screwdriver to lift the plastic holding tabs up slightly.
