Unhappy OBD Codes P0138, P0442 and P0455

Hi all. 2003 Dodge 1500 Van, 5.2L V8 auto. I have codes P0138, P0442 and P0455 showing up. The first points to o2 sensor, while the other two point to EVAP leak issue. My questions are. First, how common are the 442 and 455 codes with these vehicles? Am I looking at a serious evap problem, or is it more likely faulty gas cap or a bad hose somewhere? Second, the van does have 111,000 on it so a bad o2 sensor wouldn't be outrageous, but is it possible that if I truly am looking at an EVAP leak that that could cause the P0138 code? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Really hope to avoid the expense of having an EVAP leak tracked down.

Just thought I'd update this for anyone else who might be having similar issues. As expected the P0138 code was cleared by installing a new downstream o2 sensor. I probably should have just gone ahead and done them both but a bit short on funds at the moment... probably gonna do the other one next week. Anyway, I searched and searched as best I could and could not find the source of the EVAP leak so I bit the bullet and had a smoke test done for $89 bucks. The source of the leak turned out to be the two canisters on the driver's side frame... more specifically a host that connected one canister to the other... both ends were badly cracked right around where they were clamped. Had that hose replaced and problem solved. So, for anyone else that has the dreaded P0455 problem don't forget to check the hoses on those canisters... from what I saw this particular hose was clamped on so friggin tightly that cracking was inevitible
