Default Van drifts to right

When driving my 96 van 2500 it drifts to the right, have renewed both swivels joints and have had it tracked twice, second shop said it was incorrect but all else correct. Van still pulles to the right and feathering from outside edge of tyre. Wheel bearing has only slight wear but shocks need replace, could that cause it or Whats next.

The abilities of workers at many alignment shops must be called into question. But if any of your steering or suspension components are worn and loose, the most experienced and insightful alignment guy will have a real difficult time of getting it to track straight.

I was pulling to the right, and got an alignment and found it was pulling even harder to the right.

After I replaced my leaking steering gear, I noticed it no longer pulled right. There is a centering adjustment on the steering gear, but I hear it is very difficult to adjust properly.

New shocks will help the ride, but not the pulling right factor.

What country are you in?

Well, I am one of the few Americans to have traveled extensively overseas.
Your spelling of tires, and "tracked" instead of aligned rang bells.

But the syntax of the following quote:
"but shocks need replace" had me thinking eastern European or Russian.

Cheers, hope you get it sorted.

Are the front wheel brake discs 8-lugs or 5-lugs?

If 8-lugs, then check the wheel bearings on the inside of the disc. It is known that these van tend to blow-out those passenger side front inner wheel bearings from time-to-time. I've replaced mine twice on that same side. NAPA has the parts if you can not find the typical auto parts store that carry them.
