So I think this thread is similar to the problem I am having. In my Ram Van 3500, the front ac is cold and the blower seems to blow hard, but I don't get much airflow out of my vents. It seems to vary depending on load and driving conditions, but I can't help but think if I eliminate all vacuum issues that it will improve. I have a coupe of general questions about changing vacuum lines, the check valve, and the actuator. Can someone tell me ALL the vacuum lines that affect the AC and generally, how to change them, the check valve, and the actuator without screwing anything up? Does the check valve just pull out and plug back in? Anything to look out for when doing that? Do vacuum lines just pull off and push on, or is some kind of sealant or adhesive involved? Any trick to changing out the actuator?
