Source for AC Hoses?

I have a `95 ram van with rear air, it has a leak between the drier and evaporator.. Any idea where I can get this hose to replace?

I'm also looking for a complete hose kit as an alternative..

Try We R Mopar (.com) in Cedar Lake Indiana. They have both suction and discharge lines for Ram vans with & w/o rear A/C.
