At night (or in the dark) with the engine cover removed watch the engine's ignition wires for blue spark traveling from the wire jackets to metal parts of the engine. Several wires travel very close to the valve covers and you may be losing spark here.

Have you checked/replaced the coil?

Also, I know it is rudimentary, but getting the plug wires to snap onto the tops of the sparkplugs can be quite tricky - check those again.

To rusty93, Have tried all you mention apart from the coil. New plugs leads rotor and cap. Am i wrong in thinking that a coil works or does not work with no inbetween, I do have a spark at the plug but it is yellow rather than blue, could that be caused by a bad coil... i am still no further ahead, i still feel that fuel is not getting to that cylinder, how that is i have no idea.

Have you looked and read this?

Also see this for your model year. At the bottom is the recall list. Remeber, this is primarily for Dodge Trucks, but includes the vans where indicated.
