Check/Replace your ASD relay. In a 92 I think it's mounted to the firewall, it might also be a 2 relay assembly for both the ASD and fuel pump relays.

You should first check to see if they're putting out power instead of just swapping them out, just in case they're good.

For one, if you hold your hand on it and have a helper turn the key on and off you should be able to hear or feel a mild click from it. Second, clip a test light to a good ground then with the key off and the relay still installed, check the red wire and Dark Green wire with the orange stripe running down it with the test light. The red should have power but the DG/O wire should not. Now turn the key on and both wires should have power. With the key on, if the DG/O wire is still dead then the relay is no good.

ok here's what i got say relay 1 has a dark blue key on power, key off no power
green no reading , black touch to the test light and it click's with key on
RED. no reading
relay 2, 2 dark blue same hole touch to the test light and it click's with key on.
2 light blue same hole no reading ,1 green no reading
2 RED same hole no reading. so i'm guessing no power going to them ?
hope that help's thank's for the help again

That's a fusible link not a wire. You DO NOT want to replace that with any old piece of wire. It's function is to burn up during an overload to prevent harm to the rest of the wiring harness.

Read this thread, it has some decent information about fusible links.
