i am dumb
power to both relays?

ok looking at the asd relay from the front,,(where the clip part is that locks it in)
there are four wire locations.......again looking straight on there is 1 in the front.......a left and a right and a rear.....on both relays ....with the key on I get power to the left, right and the rear....but both of the fronts do not have power

Might as well check both while you're there.

(With the relays installed.) The red wires should have power whether the key is on or off. With the key on, the two Dark Green wires should have power, but with the key off the two Dark Green wires should be dead.

That's too bad. Because now you're down to a blown fuse/fusible link, a bad ignition switch, or a bad PCM.

WOW...Thanks again for all your help
do you lean more on PCM....with all the wild codes it keeps throwing out>>>>>>>>>it will start and run.....but my wife said it drives with almost no power....and that was after she got it started............

First check for blown fuses and fusible links. If they're all good then test the ignition switch to make sure all of the output wires are powering up. If everything checks out, only then would I replace the PCM.
