A/C electronic temperature blend door actuator

where is the electronic temperature blend door actuator located on a 15 pass 98 5.2 van. A/C Runs condensate drips but NO COLD AIR

Remove the glovebox and it will be straight in. There will be a linkage rod connected to it that comes through the firewall.
