You might have successfully vented, but you have given us absolutely nothing with which to help you.
When you turn the key to on, can you hear the fuel pump? It is inside the fuel tank. It is audible for about 2 seconds after the key is turned to on, Not start.
When you crank the starter, is there any spark making it to the spark plugs?
Answer these 2 questions and me might conceivably be able to begin to help you diagnose the problem.
QUIT YELLING AT US, AND HOW ABOUT A PARAGRAPH INDENTATION EVERY FEW SENTENCES!!!!!
I got a head ache from attempting to decipher that unbelievable mangling of the English language, and will not attempt to reread it, or anything like it.

You didn't really take that post serious did you? Just look at the username. No female is going to create a username saying she's getting rammed.
Screwed by IT! and the answers to those questions are he knows that the coil is hot but not sure about the spark plug yet . I guess?

Like that space and all ?!Jheesh!! And as far as the fuel pump goes, it was making noise prior to the new computer thing thing and now NO nothing when he turns it on!
SOOOO no what should I do ? But I do hponestly appreciate the help!! thanks. oh, and i well change my pic so you can see i am really a female that thinks she is getting screwed KAY?

If the fuel pump is not turning on there are a couple possibilities.
A. the ASD relay is faulty.
B. the ASD relay is not being told by the Computer to activate.
c. The fuel pump is bad, or the wiring to it
d. The fusible link( if it exists on a '93) for the ASD is blown.
It would be stuffed behind the brake booster. It is a length of wire with a different feeling insulation. It should stretch out, and look burnt, but can fail due to internal corrosion and still appear fine in rare instances.

If there is spark, from any plug wire to ground, the asd relay is not the culprit.
In all weird electrical issues, the ground wires should be removed filed wire brushed and retightened. Battery to firewall, battery to engine, and engine to frame. If you cannot locate a frame to engine ground wire/strap, add one.
The computer can store codes. These can be checked via the key dance. DO a search for "key dance" and post any codes. 12 and 55 are normal. If you do not get any codes, and if the bulb is still good, it is likely the computer is bad, or not receiving any power.
Check for codes before cleaning the grounds. Do not forget to clean the battery terminals and look for corrosion on the battery cables.
BTW, you look nothing like the tweeker I imagined.
