Man this thing squeaks alot. I can hear it before I see it coming down the road. What causes this? Shocks, bushings, ect. I have never had this problem before. Does someone know what it might be and how to fix it? TIA.


PS- It sat around for a year before I bought it.

 

The rubber bushing in the front upper control arms, and the rubber bushings in the rear leaf springs are well known for squeaking noises.

 

Front sway bar bushings. Dropped the two brakets, pulled rubber bushings out and lubricated~~~~Problem solved!!!!

 

Thanks for the replies. One more question, do you replace and just lube the bushings? I will have to get under the van this weekend to see what sway bar and leaf springs you are talking about.
