Default 95 b2500 ram van drive train vibration

BACKGROUND: i was on the interstate when i heard a loud vibration all of a sudden, i pulled over thinking it was a tire or something but saw nothing strange, continued up the interstate looking for a turnaround to go back home and "POW" Heard a loud noise. immediately i knew my u joints had broken on the rear, i pulled over quickly as not to lose the driveshaft on the road but it stayed put. towed it home, had both front and rear u joints and the rear yoke replaced, but now im getting a low toned vibration starting at about 35 and tapering off at 65. is there a chance my driveshaft or any other part got damaged when it broke initially or is it a drivetrain alignment problem, (ive been reading up on this problem but there have been several different answers along with many scenerios) thanks for your time and attention

It's because you replaced the yoke. You need to have the drive shaft and the new yoke balanced as a complete assembly. That's why when removing a DS, you're supposed to mark it's position in the yoke, so as to not put it in 180 degrees off and screw-up the balancing.
