1500 ram van 4x4
I think Dodges are the most difficult to convert to 4wd of the big 3 due to the Unibody construction and the offset engine.

Ram Vans 1998 and newer and not well known for making into a 4x4. 1997 on back are the better setup for the frame and suspension.
As for the Ram Van 4x4's they were called Van Chargers. Back in the 1978-79 era, a limited few B150's were 4x4, but nearly 90%+ of the 4x4's are B250 or B2500 vans.
I had once followed and looked up a bunch of this stuff a few months back for a person who had a Ram Van 4x4 and needed more information about it.
