Good Luck. I have one of those vans. (B-250, 93, V8 5.2 4spd tranny)Haven't had issues with the door...yet...other than the inside panels coming off.
Minor stuff tho....If you want to blow the thing up (just kidding) can I have your tranny (as long as it's a 4spd)....

Like I said Just kidding. Not sure how to get at those bolts tho...What manual do you have Haynes or Chilton?

 

You should be able to reach those top hinge bolts by reaching up under the dash.........no need to take anything apart, but get that "skirt" off of there if you have one. I have a lil lred and three vans 1979 to 89 and can access those bolts (both sides) on all. The uppers have bushings and pins you can replace and the lowers have a kit you can buy. If you are junk yard hunting, look for good passenger side lowers, it is the same hinge only turned over for the other side.

If the tags don't show, those pics are Dorman #924 - 102, 108 and 109 resp. Lower is also used on 1999 Caddys, according to my searches. Many, many Mopar vans and trucks use that lower hinge,
