Default 00 2500 van no spark, tried everything

Im working on my animal shelters 00 2500 van with a 5.2. They parked it then the next day it wouldnt start. I checked for spark and got nothing. Im getting the positive juice into one terminal but not the trigger ground. I checked the resitance of the coil and it was within spec. I replaced the crank sensor and the pick up coil along with the cap and rotor since i was in there. Still no spark. Only thing i am left with as far as i know is a broken wire somewhere or the computer. I am far from good with tracking down wiring issues and dont want to waste 400 bucks on a computer.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for your help we really need this van to help our animals.

Just because the coil checks out resistance wise, it doesn't mean it's not the problem. Bring the coil to the auto parts store and have them test it. If the insulation is breaking down, then the spark can jump internally within the coil and not reach the plugs.

Exactly. My coil died a slow death until the no longer started, but it still tested OK. When I replaced it, the van rand great again. This was four years ago when I joined the forums looking for help.

I checked for power going into the coil and one side gets nothing ever and the other side is a ground with key on and during cranking it switches to a pulsing +

They have a machine they connect it to that applies pulsed 12v to the primary side to see what kind of voltage the secondary side is putting out.

Ouch, I missed this the first time I read your post. A P0601 code means the ECM is no good.
