Default 99 v6 with idling/ starting problems

I have a 1999 b1500 v6 about three months ago it stopped idling so I went ahead and replaced the iac which worked for about two weeks before it went back to not idling. I just kept dealing with the problem. Then I was pulling a code for two cylinders misfiring so I gave it a tune up new plugs rotor cap and all, it's still pulling the code, but now it won't start, it's turning over but won't start, or I'll have to really hit the gas and it just might start but now it wont at all. Help! P.s I also just put a new tps in it.

Did you change the spark plug wires or are the original 12 year old ones still on there?

Have you tested the fuel pressure?

I changed the plugs and wire. I tested the fuel pressure yesterday it was at 45 which I thought was good...

When you changed the IAC, did you clean out the port holes that it seats onto and the one slot hole at the bottom?
