If the fan clutch is original I would change it out just to be safe. If it is fairly new then that is a different story.

 

I would totally agree with this too. It makes a difference having a new one on.

It took me 10 hours to do a complete replacement of the entire cooling system. And not one beer to be had during that time either. Well, I haven't had a beer since 1991 anyways. LOL
