Default DIY Transmission Flush

After the pump picks up the fluid from the pan does it pump to the tranny inards and the torque converter before going to the cooler?

I did a home flush and it seemed to pump to those areas then the cooler. Hoping the return line dumped into the pan.

This sounds like the logical route.

Yes. The idea is for the fluid to absorb the tranny heat then go off to the cooler to dissipate it.

Thanks for the heads up. It seemed to clean the fluid right up. Was easy to do also. Van actually shifts better than it did before.
