Parting Out Interior, 97 Mark III Conversion

Interior parts only, everything else under the engine cover and hood was damaged in the fire.
Steering wheel is gray with a good airbag.
Speedo cluster is good, shows about 185K miles.

After living with the 98 for about a month now I have to say I definitely miss the 97. So much more room for the driver in the 97!
And, the 2500 suspension is WORLDS better than the 1500.
Finally, driving around in the Cargo is like going over Niagra Falls in a steel drum. The Mark III is much quieter because of the interior trimmings and the fiberglass insulation under the panels and in the doors.
Just another chapter I guess. I'll be on the lookout for another 1997 Mark III guaranteed.

One way you could quite the tin can noise would be to build a solid partition between the seats and cargo portion of the van. Add some insulation and maybe a carpet type fabric to it. Then insulate the front doors using the material from your 97 van. That will also help keep the ac/heat up front with you and not in back with your tools.
