Default 94 b350 a/c problem

My van has a separate a/c unit in the rear. (its a 15 passenger) It does not blow cold but the front blows icy. I have noticed something leaking under the right side door. Could it be just condensation from the system? I just did a 6,000 mile drive last month and am getting ready to do 9,500 in august through the south so I definitely want to square this away before i go.

If the front is working fine I would suspect that the expansion valve is plugged on the back unit. Each unit normally has it's own expansion valve.

Since you're getting condensation at the rear unit I'd say the evaporator is good and so is the freon charge. I suspect your blend door is not working properly and is not flipping all the way over to the cold side.

I have the same problem with my 1999, 1500, 5.9, miller merry conversion.

Where is the expansion valve located and where is the vent door located?

I am not sure which panel it may be behind. TIA
