A/C doesn't come through vents?

A/C doesn't come through vents?
I have a 96 Dodge Van 3500. The A/C compressor clutch is engaging and the blower fan is working, but nothing comes out the vents? Is something blocking the flow? Don't know where to look? Thanks

Have you checked to see if it is blowing through the defroster vents. I only ask because this is what the 2000 model B3500 I have is doing & i'm hoping to figure out how to fix that soon since it's hot down here year round with horrible humidity.
