Default Light relay switch

Need help finding the light relay switch on a 99 Dodge B1500 Van. My lights flicker at times and it was suggested that I replace the light relay switch. I bought the switch but can't locate it on the van. I checked the fuse box under the hood and the fuse area by the drivers side door. Thanks for any help.

Welcome to DF
Do you mean the headlamps flicker or the dash lights?

Only the headlamps. Sometimes when I first start the van I have to turn the headlamps on and off several times to get them to come on. The parking lights and dash lights all work fine.
