lets step it up! try disconnecting all your leads and crank it. that should mean just your electric starter motor is only running, which we know is good as you have two of these. Try without your serpetine belt off first then put it on. This will rule out the Alt. P/S. A/C. have you pulled the plugs to check they are in good order and not shorting out, maybe iginition coil. It has to be feed back from an engine part.

Disconnect the PCM/ECU

run some new wire and replace existing.
