My 1998 Ram B1500 driver side window regulator broke. The motor is still good. I finally found the replacement part. Can I just take it to any glass/windshield place to have it installed instead of going to the dealer?

 

There are lots of glass shops that replace windshields and window glass that should be able to do that for you. Use the phone first and get prices for the work.
