Where did you order those KYB's from?

Missing hardware is unacceptable. They were probably a return improperly checked.

That's not too bad, sometimes it happens. I always get poly bushings for shocks also, My first Sway Bar end link and KYB bushings were skateboard truck bushings long before poly urethane bushings were made available. After that I made my own, then finally Energy Suspension came along.
