little hard to start
I have 96 dodge b2500 markIII. when u turn the key to start the motor it just turns over but doesnt start rite away. If you turn the key on and turn over motor once or twice then turn the key back off and and try it a couple times it will start. when it does start it idels a little rough for a couple seconds.
I have replaced plugs, plug wires, dis cap, rotor button, starter.
any advice would be greatly appreciated

The symptoms you've described usually means that either the fuel pump is about to give out on you or the check valve inside the fuel pump is malfunctioning. You can verify low pressure by renting or buying a fuel pressure gauge from your local auto parts store and testing the fuel pressure.
A temporary workaround is to turn the key on and off a few time, then try to start it.
