You have a lot more going on than a misfire in cyl 3. Even if 3 were not firing at all it would not account for the lack of power as you have described it. There would also be a lot of shaking and odd sounding idle going on. I have a Ram Van with a 5.2 and misses in 1-3-5. The truck will run 100mph, gets 18mpg on the highway and the engine still sounds pretty normal at all rpm's. I often pull a 3 horse trailer with a couple of 1000# + horses in it, pulls it with no problem, and that with an engine that has so many codes in might be confused with an Enigma machine.

Did it run better after removing the 02sensor even though it did not spin the rear wheel(s).

Might try disconnecting the battery and the PCM connectors and cleaning them then reattaching and see if that clears up the problem.

If you have not changed the crank sensor then it may be bad. Unfortunitly there is no way for the computer to tell you when it going bad/out.

i think it ran a little bit better ==but w/ all new parts installed it runs great going down the road [hardly have to step on the gas pedal to maintain speed]

Yes, also it has a 3-wire connector and it's held in by 2 bolts.

Sounds like a fuel/air mixture issue to me. Starts fine, idles fine, and runs ok lightly loaded but does not make adequate power when you open the throttle.

With the odometer showing 85k miles it is either inaccurate or the truck sat for a long time. The lines and injectors may be gummed up.

You have already dropped the gas tank and replaced the fuel pump assembly. At this point I'd check the fuel line pressure, preferably under load. If that is difficult, you may be able to simulate it by holding the truck with the brake while you open the throttle and load the engine while watching the pressure guage. Don't do this for more than 20 or 30 seconds because it is hard on the torque convertor. If the pressure is low its the pump. If pressure is good then the lines/injectors are probably clogged.
