Best Radiator for 2000 1500 3.9?
When it comes to radiators, usually OEM is the best. You can get aftermarket ones, but there really isn't a bunch of technology in them, so there isn't a whole bunch of them. Bigger and thicker ones can be bought if you want to take the time to look for one. And I have personally always used the advice of a local radiator shop and had my original rotted and pressurized/tested when I needed a new one.
Now since this van has been out for such a long time, you may want to see if you can get an old steel one to work. A reputable shop would be able to tell you this. The plastic on radiators is usually the issue, unless your block and heads are rusted -- then you will need your radiator rotted.

If you search this forum for radiator there is a good deal of information to be found. It pretty much comes down to a choice between an OEM Valeo or an aluminum Silla.
That said, this dual core Valeo brass/copper radiator is reasonably priced and mine has worked perfectly for 17 months with no issues.
