Does anyone know how much coolant just the radiator holds on a 1999 Dodge Ram Van 1500 3.9 V-6?

Owners manual says 18 quarts cooling capacity. I'm assuming this includes the heater core, block and radiator.

I just want to know how much the radiator holds.

Doesn't really matter now. I purchased my antifreeze (100%) and will change out the coolant. Flush with distilled water (heater on and engine running 3-4 times) and put in 100% coolant to mix with the 100% distilled water in the heater core and block.

 

F.Y.I. The standard radiator on a '99 Dodge Ram Van 1500 with a 3.9 V-6 is 8 quarts including overflow reservoir. I drained mine and that was what it poured out to in measurement.
