UPDATE:

Well I should had put that upgraded plate in when I had it off the first time. Not only was there traces of oil on the plate, but the gasket also had oil lines on it when I took the plate off (it should had been dry). So the rough idle issue was internal vac leak due to warped and/or defective intake plate. They should had made a recall seeing as this is such a big issue with the 5.2 and 5.9 motors.

Now to fix the speedometer off issue (10 mph slow at 55) and blower motor on high only (already posted on this topic "heater") Got to love these well known problems with Dodge / Chrysler from 96 and up (to about 2005) .....
