LOL, on my van it is the toolbox so I have your list and so much more. Now for my Impala I do keep:
1/4 and 3/8 socket sets (SAE and METRIC)
Wrenches (SAE and METRIC)
Cresent Wrench
LED flashlight
Several Screw drivers (one with built in light)
Allen wrenches (SAE and METRIC)
Regular plier
Needle Nose Plier
Diagonal Cutter
Channel Lock plier
Vicegrip plier
Hammer (Ballpene)
Multimeter (DVM)
4 way lug wrench
Small floor jack (threw out the bumper jack over 9 years ago)
Fire Extinguisher
First Aid Kit
Spare bulbs
Spare fuses
and a few other things I can't remember right now.

This tool box is set up more for car shows for the box is painted to match my car and most all the tools are of the General Motors theme (AC Delco, Mr. Goodwrench, GM Performance Tools), but I have it designed to be used in the event of an emergency as well.

Here are some pictures

Got the above as mentioned by others along with two wheel chucks. These vans are too heavy and can roll easily away with the slightest bump falling off of the jack.

Also have a foldable reflective triangle.

Got a first-aid kit that isn't the junky one from walmart. It's for ATV type of injuries.

Having tools is great; I also keep a spare Serpentine Belt and a PCM with me. Either of the two can save you from an expensive tow and can be replaced at the side of the road in under 10 minutes.
