Default My BeatBox needs some Mopar Help

I purchased a 94 B350 last week and have been trouble shooting and banging out the repairs as I go. It has 177K miles on her. I will post all the items that I am having issues with as well as things I would like to bang out still.

1.Rear Heater blows cold but no Heat.
-the controls and adjustments for fan speed all work. Just not blowing any heat.

2.Drivers doors hinge was welded on by the previous owner. Door hinge does not retract on its own anymore. Was told that it was a common issue with the B models. Any help or repair ideas would be helpful.
- thought about maybe putting in door poppers or spring on the hinge to retract so I don't have to shove my finger to retract latch everytime.

3.Lowering. Would like to lower the front end down a couple of inches. I found a youtube channel in Japan where they race these things around. The call them D-vans. Looking for some ideas on lowering inexpensive and creative options and ideas.

4.Driveside Headlight. WTF! Changed the light bulbs several times and if I put the high beams on they both go out and the dash light flickers. As of right now I am driving with one passenger headlight on. No brights otherwise they all go out. Thought about just jumping a cable from the passenger side to the driverside and running some LEDs or HID conversions. There's times where I can put the brights on and both the lights will come on. But once I start the car and start driving they flicker and go out.
-replaced the light switch. did not take care of the problem.

5.Tricks and tips to make this thing drive and ride like a champ. Transmission seems strong, jumps a little going shifting into R to D and D to R. All the other gears work fine.

Please and thank you for any help or pointers you can toss out.

If the vent change works then you have good vacuum to the HAVC controller, then it might be under hood.

There are two vacuum valves under the hood. The first one from the heater core is for the front heater, the second one (normally all black) is for the rear. If you pull the vacuum line (put your finger over it and you will feel vacuum pressure with heat on) and kind of slide it off and on you can feel the plunger moving. If it is then its working.

If working then feel the heater hose lines going back to feel for temp. I know I had to manually purge the air out of mine. Helps to have two people for this.

If not working the valve is cheap, but you also want to check the vacuum lines. These vacuum lines are known to break from the fire wall (under hood) to there hookups (normally by the wiper motor, but sometimes at the rubber plug at the fire wall).

If you look at the HVAC box under the hood, does it have a pro-air sticker? And this B350 is it a pass, cargo, or conversion?
