Build sticker?
Hello all....
New to me 1998 B3500 5.9--I know where the tire pressure/MDH sticker is, but have had no luck finding any build information sticker (Listing trans version, rear ratio, paint code, etc). Checked all the door jambs, glove box, etc...no joy.
Did find a small computer box bolted to the floor beneath the drivers seat--ABS module?
Thanks,
Geoff

I picked up an '01 B2500 van about 18 months ago. I found a post from Stev very helpful in going through the van and doing maintanence and preventive stuff to keep her on the road. The thread I am refering to can be found here:

On my first extended drive I went a bit too quickly over a frost heave... A few miles later, pulled over and shut it down to make some calls, and smelled acrid burning plastic. A quick check found nothing, but a few hundred feet after getting underway again the MIL tripped--0138. I'm thinking the O2 wires hit the cat after my Dukes of Hazard jump.
