My 94 Ram Van drivers seat belt won't retract. It's in good shape otherwise. Is there a way to take the unit apart and fix it or do I have to bite the bullet and buy a new one? I've been living with it like this for a few years but I'm tired of it and want to fix it. For what it's worth, it's blue if anyone has one for sale. I already replaced the passenger side years ago and it was expensive.
