when the engine is running I run the 6 cylinders and then 5 then 4 cylinders ... I do not know if it's the fuel pump or ignition problem

Are you in the USA, Canada, or France?

What year is the vehicle?

Post the number from your existing ECM and we can help you locate one. The number will end with 2 letters like AA or AB, etc.

What percentage did you fill the fuel tank with? Here in the United States we are forced with 10 percent ethanol to 90 percent gasoline/petrol. These vans can run with that but should not be ran with any percentage higher than that and definitly not on pure ethanol.

Pure ethanol in these engines are bad. These engines were not built to run on pure ethanol or high concentration of ethanol.

1 liter ethanol to 9 liters gasoline/petrol is the most that you can use.
