van goes into drive every gear

 

They don't charge by the word around here. Feel free to elaborate on the problem a bit more, including any other symptoms or conditions that are relevant.

 

Went to back van up, put it in Reverse, but it would only move forward. It did the same thing in the neutral position. I took the tranny pan off and drained fluid, fluid was clean. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

The shift lever arm shaft down on the tranny likely broke and is not moving the cam inside the tranny.
