well it's not the best way to test all vacuum lines, but works for the major ones.
I dont remember if you said you replaced your IAC motor ? if you did, did you clean the port? now if you got your IAC motor from Autozone, take it back ! I have nothing but problems with them ! I have had good luck with ones from Advanced Auto parts. Make sure you gasket for your PCV is good, so is your hose, check your brake vacuum hose to, look down your fuel injectors woth WOT to make sure you dont see oil pooling up on the bottom.
make sure you're getting 5v at IAC and your TPS and CKS, make sure your TPS has seated right and binding up,
I have seen a couple of CKS act up and.do what yours is.doing
I use lucas fuel treatment and get good results from it, what is nice is if you have to, you can use it everyday if you need a good cleaning, but do this if you drive 50 miles or more a day and need a good cleaning, other.then this once a week works good, I buy it by the gallon

yes I have new IAC, clean port & throttle body, new pvc & grommet, air cleaner side as well. new hoses, cuz torn + only $1.09Ft. will check injectors and other sensor thx so much. what I diagnosed that a loose pin connecter IAC is sort 2 ground. I need new connecter or hardness. good place2 get 1? IDK where. I drive 20 miles 4-5 days every week. oh since I found the loose connecter I only had 1 hi idle and a check engine light come on (P1294) in 3 days of driving 2 work/ 60 miles. I tried 2 bend carefully the pin but it just work 4 a second or 2 and get loose again. thx again!

That short will do it, thats why it's always good to check to make sure you have a 5v at these and checking all grounds due to sometimes the come loose or rust. for getting a new pigtail
connector, some autoparts stores might have them, dealer or junkyard. Let me check my bookmarks, I know I ordered a couple of pigtails from somewhere and were half the price. I think I saved the info ? I will post it if iI find it ?

no you dont need to disconnect it,
yeah it is hard to see down there, I forgot to say to use a mirror and flashlight, you are checking to see if the gasket blew out, if no oil then you are good.
just remember to disconnect the battery when installing the new pigtail, and give yourself enough wire when you cut off the old one
