Default 1994 B250 Upper Control Arm

I'm replacing both upper control arms, rotors & shocks. I'm stuck... the upper ball joint say to torque at 170 ft lbs but what comes with it is a 24mm castlenut, what is the torque for a 24mm castlenut??? Another is, where the torque requirement for the Pivot Bolt NUTS? And how are you to torque the pivot bolts to 220 ft lbs while tire tires are installed?

That 170 ft. lbs. is for screwing the ball joint into the upper arm, it's not for the castle nut.

According to my version of Chilton's, the Ball joint get torqued to 125 ft lbs and the nut (castle) 11/16 - 135 ft lbs or 3/4 - 175 ft lbs, but the castle nuts I have are 15/16 (24mm) so what could the torque be? I took it to 175 ft lbs and the nut is 1/8 above the cotter pin hole. I've look at many different manuals and they all have the same text.
