Default Mini blind hanging assistance? 01

Anyone know how these things hang up and how to string the raising and lowering cord to the tiny "spool"?
My newest van had two off and my son found one in one of the overhead cabinets in back and the other, I am just going to switch from just behind the front passenger seat window because with it half way down, this ignorant contraption for the seat belt smashes it and I have serious mini blind OCD, LOL. I cannot stand for them to be crushed, bent, crooked, etc.

The 3rd President shown here should be able to help you out with that.

Did your parents teach you how to be such a jerkoff or did you teach yourself?

I discovered that there is a wonderful feature on this board. It makes this forum more enjoyable and useful because you can completely ignore misinformation, sniping, and background noise.

Worked wonders for me I hope this info is helpful.
