Hello,

Does anyone know approximately how long it takes a certified mechanic to rebuilt the diff on a 9.25 Chrysler rear end?

By rebuild I mean replace everything inside the pumpkin, and include rear axle bearings and seals.

It's an open diff.

About 8 hours.

 

I'd say a full workday.

 

That's about what I figured.

While searching the internet this morning I found someone that said the flat-rate time was 7.1 hours to replace everything.
