Default 1991 Dodge Ram Van B350 - Need Help

I've had some issues keeping my Van running since winter time. Starts but doesn't stay started and when put into reverse or drive it just dies. Replaced the throttle position sensor as was suggested to me and ran fine for a couple days then back to acting up again. Doesn't take gas, pedal just goes to the floor. I've been told to adjust the timing and possibly replace the fuel pump filter. But I also need to know what these hoses located under the carb are called so I can get replacement parts. There was a hose connected to a nozzle (picture attached in post) that had another hose, thin black plastic piece, connecting to this fixture on the right (can still see the broken plastic hose in picture and the unplugged nozzle)

Can anyone please assist me? I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not a mechanic at all and I have no clue what any of these hoses are for or what they are called.

First things first, you need to test the fuel pressure. Knowing what the PSI is will tell us if the fuel pump is good or bad.

Take 10 minutes and clean your IAC, then report back.
