Just read your thread and It occurred to me; Do you think the PCM may be acting up? If you can get a cheap one at an auto recycler, it might be worth a try to swap them and see if it shows the same codes because that is an awful lot of new parts for it to get worse. If your tester says it is good it could be one of those deals like with a fuse that looks good yet doesn't work or only does so intermittently.

i don't think the computer is bad..... I haven't driven much over the past 2-3 days, but all I have showing is those 3 I/M issues right now

ok, have put about 140 miles on it since the above post

a couple of issues.....

I keep getting the random misfire codes as well as misfires on some of the cylinders individually

po138 and p0141 keep coming back as pending (and this is with the old o2 sensors) as soon as I clear them out, the I/M for O2S resets as not ready, the other 2, HRT and CRT never get a green check mark

I also want to note that, when I view live stream data, I see # values, while driving, but every so often, the number goes to ----- and then comes back again

ok, so today, on my way to work (35 miles one way) I popped 300 and 304 (misfire codes) almost immediately after startup, I was like 200 yards from my house..... by the time I got to work, I had a pending 0138 again.....

I cleared the codes, and turned off the CEL.....

On the way home, no codes, pending or otherwise... and:

As of tonight, I have 1 pending code, and nothing else stored

and a new I/M

Now, of course, I want to look into that pending code, and it looks like it is my o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 2.... as I only have 2 sensors, this will be the one after that cat.

well, I went into my live stream... and it never changes voltage. the upstream one does on my live display.. Does this have anything to do with it?

the only I/M I don't have lit up as passing is HRT. for the ones with the grey O with a slash through it, I assume I don't need to worry about those? as I know one is for EGR and my motor doesn't have that system

also, while browsing online, I stumbled upon this:

http://www.epa.gov/otaq/regs/im/obd/.../420f08009.pdf

does this mean my vehicle is exempt or what? or for a portion? as I only have 1 I/M not reporting now, should I be perfectly fine on the test?

I would be willing to bet you have burnt exhaust valves...
Time for rebuilt heads
