Default 1992 B350 5.9L won't start

I have a 1992 Dodge B350 with the 5.9 that runs great when it would start. I was driving down the road and all of a sudden the radio and power outlet quit working followed by the engine which of course left me stranded at the side of the road for a couple of hours waiting to get towed. Here is what it's doing or rather what it's not doing:

when you turn the key to on the radio does not turn on, the turn signals do not work as well as the wipers and the power outlet. also when you try to start it, the engine doesn't even try to turn over and there are no lights on the dash

I know there is power. the emergency flashers and dome lights work and when you turn the key on the fasten seatbelt buzzer comes on. I have replaced the speed sensor, neutral safety switch, and the ignition switch as well as the wiring for the ignition switch since the red wire was barely hanging on where it had been probed too many times in the same location. This is my second vehicle/project so it's not extremely important to get it on the road right away but would definitely like to know what is going on so I can hopefully get it going. Thank you for any help

Josh

Did you check the fusible links to see if one burnt up?

thanks for the reply. I found the problem, it was a bad splice from a previous owner, looks like I might be replacing a good portion of the wiring harness if my splice ever fails
