Default 93 B150 No Hdlights or dash lights, only (P)Brake(!) and Antilock lit on dash

Hello, first post here, looks like a great forum.
We have a 93 B150 passenger w/the 315v8.
The wife went through a large puddle, possibly 1.5ft deep in a parking lot. Ever since, the headlights, marker lights and Dash lights are not working.
The turn signals and brake lights do still function normally.
The only dash lights working are the (P)Brake(!) and the AntiLock indicators in the center area and they are on constantly now.
It does start and run like always.
I've looked a few places and am not finding any information yet. I have the Haynes manual and find nothing helpful in there on this issue.

Any ideas what happened?

Thank you in advance for any time u may spend.

JJJ

JJJ what part of the country are you located? Up north with road salt or down south in the heat?

I'm lost with the working of 1993 and back for the Ram Vans. (other than the /6 engines).

We're in the Willamette valley here in oregon.
No salt on our roads.
The puddle was in her work parking lot, a backed up drain. Happened instantly, like a fuse blew but all the fuses I can find are intact visibly.

Sounds to me like the headlight switch lost power or is toast. I believe a 93 still uses fusible links instead of fuses for most of the higher power circuits. Open the wire loom that runs up around the brake booster and see if you find a burnt fusible link in there.
