my father passed and I have his 92'dodge ram b250 I went and got a smog and tested high on my N/O part everything else passed..so I did a tune up and oil change and new distributor cap and rotor think this will help.the oil was dirty filter to and all spark plugs was gapped different? my o2 sensor is good and catalyst converter is good

 

If the tune-up fails by a little, then you will need to run a about 3/4 tank of Super 91 to 93 octane. That's just on the fuel side. On the air intake, if the shop doesn't open the air-filter housing, take the air filter out just before the testing and place back after. Most of the time shops will not open that up on a van.

so if I take the filter out will that help me pass?
