Well perhaps I need a new vehicle: I have another issue with my 1996 dodge
2500: 3.9, did put a new fuel pump, I drove it for a while, parked and not cranked, nothing, sat for 30 minutes or so, did start. Any advise ?

By "not crank" do you mean it won't start or do you mean the engine doesn't turn when trying to start it.

 

Not crank= not motor running: I have this issues for long time, go away come back again; I did change the started about three years ago. Do not start= motor running. On mine other issue with the ABS, I did pull out the ABS Controller Module: the fuse is ok now,, I have my back lights and stop lights working.Well, I am looking into others sources for more information and learning on how to located active short circuits.
