I have a 1990 b250 van and am having metal to metal contact.
I need to replace the bearings pads rotors calipers. All of it. Gotta do it myself cause I am broke.
Wondering if there is a step by step thread or video, or parts list.
I am a novice, but can follow directions.

This isn't the van, but the 1990 W150. It would be similar in much of what you may need.

 

Autozone's generic videos do help a bit too.
