Default 94 ram van 350 no start asd?

94 cranks but no start until the fuel pump relay or asd relay(or both) starts chattering then slows and stops then it starts right up. would that be the relays or something else in the circuit causing it?

It's the PCM. We see this happen each year as the cold weather starts setting in. If you leave the key on for a few minutes or warm the PCM with a hairdryer before trying to start it and it starts up good, then it's definitely the PCM.

The PCM (or ECM, or Main Computer) is mounted to the firewall under the hood, just to the right of the wiper motor. I suggest buying one off eBay and as long as the numbers match you do not have to flash it. Just swap it with your existing one and turn the key. A used one is about $150 and a new one is around $600 plus the cost to flash it.

Here is what it looks like...
