I have been working on a Christmas present for my parents 2004 GMC 3500 Savanna Roadtrek. The system is 7" android GPS head unit, built-in back-up camera, and all of the appropriate Apps for going on the road for a few months at a time.
This thread will be useful for anybody who has been looking at the unbranded 7" Android 4.4.4 Double DIN head units with A9 cpu.
I could not find a built-in 3rd brake light backup camera for the Dodge vans other than the Promaster but somebody may make one, otherwise, you'll have to use another type of camera.
The attached spreadsheet has all of the necessary part #s, wiring details, apps, etc. to get everything working properly.
