Default Help with transmission observation...

Hi guys.

Today I did my fluid and filter.

I have the 32RH.

First interesting point, almost 5 quarts came out when I took off the pan. I know the guy who rebuilt my tranny eliminated the drain back valve, so that is probably why there was that much that came out.

So, I hate to say and see this but I had some sludge in the pan with only 35k on the rebuild. I would say there was about a tablespoon or a little more. Would this be considered normal, or excessive? Sounds excessive to me. Also my fluid was almost dark. That isn't too promising.

Next there were very small pieces of aluminum flakes on the bottom too.
Not many, maybe 10. Not sure what they would have came from. There was nothing on the magnet.

Do you all have any input? Thanks guys

Also I need to add that the fluid did not smell burnt nor is the transmission acting funny. I was doing some research about it and I wanted to add this.
Thanks
